Cancellation Policy
Our service area includes Manningtree and a 25 mile radius, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings outside this radius if it does not make financial sense, with the services booked, to travel the extended distance. All bookings canceled due to this will be fully refunded. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit payable at time of booking. Bookings can not be rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time. Customer must be able to provide off road parking for own car and for Valeting van in close proximity to car, refunds will not be given if team arrive and there is no suitable place to complete work. Additional fees may be payable (agreed prior to work) if the car is excessively dirty or soiled (large amounts of animal hair, large interior stains, bodily fluids etc.). If you believe this is the case please contact us prior to booking and we will be happy to provide a quote for the specific work you require. If booking maintenance Packages, the vehicle must have undergone a JP Valeting detailing package withing the past 12 months. Ceramic coating guarantee and access to maintenance packages will become invalid if vehicle longer then two months elapses between maintenance washes. To regain access to maintenance wash the vehicle will need to undergo a JP Valeting detailing package.
